Adam delivers his clients practical and effective legal representation, always considering the business implications of every deal. His practice is primarily focused on real estate and business transactions, though he also regularly represents clients in commercial litigation matters and various other areas of law according to their individual needs.

A native of the Atlanta area, Mr. Struletz earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and his law degree at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Mr. Struletz lives in the Virginia Highland neighborhood of Atlanta with his partner and their two dogs.  When he’s not practicing, you can find him hiking, on a golf course, or traveling.

Mr. Struletz is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.  He also holds and maintains a Georgia real estate salesperson’s license.
